Considering experience of the previous decade, the idea of participation of men in planning family was recognized extremely important therefore per 1992 she(it) was included in Strategic plan Vision 2000 . One of problems(tasks) of this plan was formulated as follows: To raise(increase) a degree of participation of men and to form the joint responsibility in all spheres concerning sexual and reproductive health.
