There is no need blindly to follow conclusions of the American theorists and their recommendations , but to know their ideas, certainly, it is necessary. As a conclusion the most preferable is allocation of two basic schools: school scientific management which founder F.Tejlor was, and school human attitudes(relations) which occurrence is connected to E.Mejo's names and F.Rotlisbergera. Polemic between these two dominant concepts as well as attempts to synthesize principles put forward by them, promoted occurrence and development of new currents. In the American model of management there is an idea of strategic management and planning in the organization, not less important idea on attraction of workers to management - management, in USA for the first time there are large corporations with hired managers, there is also a management science. The American model of management exists and is improved and till now, used not only in United States, but also in Europe and Japan. The wide experience of the American management can be taken into account and used(discounted and used) and in the Russian management.
