This copy/renaming method was included into our program to give the user an option to rename the existing mp3 files for MP3 CD recording purpose. Sometimes, old DVD players play mp3 files, but do not show any file information about on the TV screen. But these players could display on the front panel LCD or LED file number. That is why the user has capability to rename the mp3 files in his collection to play the on such kind of DVD players. Naming this way will increase the compatibility the mp3 disk, burned with these files, with another DVD or VideoCD players. It means, that track "00017.mp3" on the another DVD player will play the same song.
